Single - At Kaizen we believe Health & Fitness is a Lifestyle Change, not a Short Term Fix. On a timeline: it takes 4-6 weeks to begin to feel better: sleep patterns improve, stress levels decrease, energy levels go up. At 6-8 weeks, you start to see results – clothes are looser, you are feeling healthier and that’s when people usually notice the change in you.
8 weeks onwards you go on to achieve your results and once you have, the last thing you want to do is to stop coming – as you know what will happen!
Joint – Allows you to add on a partner at a reduced rate
Flexi – Gives you the flexibility of a shorter term commitment if you are transient in the area.
