3 easy steps to achieving your goals

Step 1 - Getting started:
This is often the hardest part of exercise, to make it easier for you a Kaizen team member will talk you through our 3 steps to fitness and help you set some compelling goals. By taking action you will also be rewarded with a first visit discount!

Step 2 - First workout:
Most of our members have never used a health club before so we offer a FREE induction to everyone. This is a one-one session with one of our friendly team to ensure that you feel confident and comfortable on our easy to use equipment.

Step 3 - Goals assessment:
We understand that our members come to Kaizen to achieve results therefore by performing monthly assessments you can see REAL results, it's also great to keep you motivated!


Getting started is the hardest part - that's why we invite you to give us a try.
