Step 1 - Getting started:
This is often the hardest part of exercise, to make it
easier for you a Kaizen team member will talk you
through our 3 steps to fitness and help you set some
compelling goals. By taking action you will also be
rewarded with a first
visit discount!
Step 2 - First workout:
Most of our members have never used a
health club before so we offer a FREE induction to
everyone. This is a one-one session with one of our
friendly team to
ensure that you feel confident and
comfortable on our easy to use equipment.
Step 3 - Goals assessment:
We understand that our members come to Kaizen to
achieve results therefore by performing monthly
assessments you can see REAL results, it's also great
to keep you motivated!
